Four\u00a0 Way English Channel Swim 2018 .<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ricks Swim team are\u00a0 attempting a quadruple swim of The English Channel…\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

if successful we will be the third team in History to ever complete \u00a0this epic swim and<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 the first ever team from Great Britain and Europe to do so …<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is not just the distance – 136 km or 84.5 miles\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

( the swim could be double this distance due to the Channel Tides)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

that presents a substantial obstacle, but also the tidal changes,<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0cold water, jellyfish,\u00a0\u00a0probably at least two full nights swims\u00a0..<\/strong><\/p>\n

after all that lets not forget\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

we are swimming across the busiest Shipping lane in the world,<\/strong><\/p>\n

not once but four times ..<\/strong><\/p>\n

Big Ricks \u00a0attempt of a non-stop quadruple crossing of the English Channel\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 is expected to take two days and nights \u2013\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

and will occur within between \u00a0September 2nd\u00a0to 8th 2018\u00a0\u00a0<\/sup>\u00a0.<\/strong><\/p>\n

it\u00a0Should be a fun 48 hours .!!!!\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was Big Ricks English Channel Anthem\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

on our 1st Ever Channel swim in 2011 ..<\/strong><\/p>\n
