Beeches’ favourite Rob Small took part in an epic event this weekend. It was the\u00a0Port Dickson International Triathlon which took place on the \u00a06 July 2013. \u00a0A sprint distance triathlon, which covered 750m swim, followed by 20km bike and 5km run.<\/p>\n
