CITY OF COVENTRY SWIMMING CLUB –\u00a0OPEN 50 METRES SPRINTS<\/h2>\n

SATURDAY 21st September 2013
\n(Under ASA Law and ASA Technical Rules)\u00a0Affiliated to ASA West Midlands Region<\/p>\n

Venue<\/h2>\n

The meet will take place at the 50m Pool, Coventry Sports Centre, Fairfax Street, Coventry on the 21st
\nSeptember 2013<\/p>\n

Timings<\/h2>\n

The Meet will be split into three sessions, the first Session will start at 10.00am and the start of Session
\nTwo and Three will be determined on the amount of entries received.<\/p>\n

Length of Pool<\/h2>\n

The Pool is 50 metres long and eight lanes, anti- turbulence wave lane ropes will be used. Electronic
\ntime keeping will be in operation.<\/p>\n

AGE GROUPS (Age on day)<\/h2>\n

Girls 9yrs 10yrs 11yrs 12yrs 13yrs 14yrs 15yrs\/Over
\nBoys 9yrs 10yrs 11yrs 12yrs 13yrs 14yrs 15yrs\/Over
\nEight swimmers, in each age group, with the fastest aggregate times over the four strokes will
\nqualify for the 200m Individual Medley Final (should anyone qualifying for IM final withdraw no
\nsubstitutions will be made).<\/p>\n

AWARDS<\/h2>\n

1. Top Visiting Club
\nTeam award will be made to the visiting club team acquiring the highest points total throughout
\nthe meet (excluding IM Finals). Points scoring system will be based on descending scale 8 to 1
\nfor individual placing in each age group.
\n2. Individual Awards will be made on an HDW basis
\nFirst three places in each age group in each event
\n3. First three places in each IM Final
\nEntry Fee is \u00a35.00 per event (entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis).<\/p>\n
