Entry form – StaffordshireASAMastersentryform2014<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pomoters Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n 1.The promoter of this meet is Staffordshire ASA.<\/p>\n 2.The closing date for entries is 26th January 2014.<\/p>\n 3.All competitors must be registered with the ASA, or registered as an unattached swimmer, and have<\/p>\n completed the entry form in full.<\/p>\n 4.Poolside entries will not be accepted.<\/p>\n 5.There is no restriction on the number of events that a swimmer may enter.<\/p>\n 6.Warm up starts 45 minutes before the commencement of each session.<\/p>\n 7.There will be awards for the top three places in each age in each event, no presentations will take place.<\/p>\n 8.Anything not covered in these conditions will be at the discretion of the promoter<\/p>\n 9.Age Groups will be 15\/17, 18\/24, 25\/29 & in 5 year age bands as necessary, there is no upper age band<\/p>\n 10.Masters Age Groups in relays 120+, 160+ & 200+. All swimmers must be over 25 years.<\/p>\n 11.The Age Group Relay will be 60+. All swimmers must be over the age of 15 years.<\/p>\n 12.Swimmers can only compete for one club during the competition.<\/p>\n 13.25m events will start at the shallow end of the pool, you should ensure that you have the necessary ASA<\/p>\n Start Award if you wish to enter these events; the promoter will not be responsible for any injury caused.<\/p>\n 14.Depending upon the number of swimmers, the promoter has the right to change the number of lanes used<\/p>\n for each event.<\/p>\n 15.Forms without entry times will be swum in the slowest heat and relays will be organised into age bands,<\/p>\n using the minimum number of heats.<\/p>\n 16.Acceptance of entry will be posted on www.icklepeoplesoftware.co.uk<\/a>\u00a0and also by email where address<\/p>\n provided.<\/p>\n 17.
