AND, 15 individual better times!!- That&#8217;s a grand impressive total of 24 IMPROVED swimming times!- Great great work Diddy Swimmers!<\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28474\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28473\">Our next Gala is on May 10th! &#8211; Swim powerfully, train with focus, &amp; ENJOY IT!!<\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28472\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28470\">I&#8217;m aiming to get back to work on either Weds 30th April or Fri 2nd May.<\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28479\">Upon return will mean that we&#8217;re going to be giving it the BEST WE CAN to ensure we&#8217;re even more up to scratch for Round 2, and then we&#8217;ll be really really be stepping it up a few gears for our final stage of the competition on June 28th!!<\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28480\">Exciiiting!<\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28481\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28482\">Once again, very very big well done<\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28484\">Keep putting in your Maximum Effort, and you&#8217;ll keep getting your Maximum Results!!<\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28485\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"yui_3_7_2_1_1396870200925_28486\">Katalina<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FANTASTIC RESULTS Diddy Swimmers!!- Very very pleased to see that we finished third overall in Round 1 of the Diddy Gala, excellent!
