What happens next
Tell us who is swimming
We need the swimmer's name, age and how much swimming they have done. For adults, tell us whether you want to learn, improve or train. We reply with a session to try.
Come for a free trial
Bring a costume, towel and goggles. A teacher or coach will watch the swim and tell you which group fits. For children aged 12 and under, a parent or carer stays at the pool for the session.
Create your Swim Club Manager account
The club sends you an invitation by email. Swim Club Manager is where your membership, invoices and payments live. Follow the link, set a password and check the swimmer's details, including medical information and emergency contacts.
Set up your Direct Debit
Monthly fees are collected through GoCardless. You only do this once.
- Log in to Swim Club Manager.
- Open your account's payment section and choose to set up a Direct Debit.
- You are passed to GoCardless. Enter the account holder's name, sort code and account number.
- GoCardless emails you a confirmation. Your first payment is taken on the date shown on your invoice.
Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Read the codes of conduct
Every swimmer, parent and carer agrees to the club's codes of conduct. They are short, and they are on the safeguarding and policies page.
Before you ask
Do we pay during the school holidays?
Yes. Fees are an annual cost spread over twelve equal months, and the club swims through the holidays at Beeches and Handsworth. Pheasey Park Farm is a school pool and is usually closed in August and most half terms. See the fees.
Do we have to compete?
No. Plenty of members swim for fitness or fun. If you want to race, tell your coach and we will encourage you.
Already a member of another club?
You can transfer your Swim England membership. You pay no annual fee here until the next membership year starts on 1 January.
