Privacy

This website

• It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
• It has no accounts. Browsing it stores nothing about you.
• It has one form, to book a free trial. What you type is sent to the club by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and kept in the club's Netlify account. We use it only to arrange the trial, and delete it once the trial has happened or you decide not to come.
• When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you.

Your membership

When you join, your details, the swimmer's medical information, invoices and payment records are held in Swim Club Manager. Direct Debits are handled by GoCardless. The club shares membership details with Swim England, which provides your insurance.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information the club holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where the club has no obligation to keep it. Email the club at contact@pbsss.org.uk.
