This summer, the ASA is working with Disney and Change4Life on a summer campaign to encourage children to ‘just keep moving’ with the launch of family swim sessions and a range of brand new 10 Minute Shake Ups inspired by Disney.Pixar’s Finding Dory.
This is the third year that Disney has worked with Change4Life to use their beloved characters to inspire families to be more physically active, but it’s the first time they have focused on the nation’s favourite sport, swimming. The interactive Finding Dory inspired family swim sessions have been co-created by the ASA and Disney.
Taking place at hundreds of pools across the UK from 22 July to 4 September, the sessions provide an hour of in-water fun for the whole family as they dive like Dory, splash like sea lions, and hide like Hank in a series of activities based on core swimming skills and Finding Dory story telling. The campaign launched on Tuesday 5 th July with the support of Rebecca Adlington and Tom Daley.
Swim Loyalty Promotion The first 50,000 children across the UK that attend three sessions will receive a Finding Dory branded swimming bag from reception. Customers need to collect a loyalty card from reception at their first session which must be stamped on three separate occasions to qualify for the bag. One card per person only.
