Due to other outside commitments, Roy Smith has decided to hang up his Treasurer’s hat at Perry Beeches SSS. We therefore need to find someone to take over the reigns from Roy. Many thanks to Roy Smith for his hard work since he took on the role.

Role
To produce and manage club accounts and monitor finances
Skills
Some financial background and knowledge of producing accounts desirable
Knowledge of using and working with spreadsheets or other account systems
Reliable and honest
Main Duties
Responsible for all club finances
Monitor the budget throughout the year
Issue receipts and keep records of all monies received
Plan the annual budget in agreement with the management committee
Ensure that funds are used appropriately
Keep up to date records of all transactions
Prepare end of year accounts and present to the auditor and management committee
Commitment
Ongoing responsibility for club accounts

The next Beeches family fun day will be held on Sunday 21st December at Beeches pool – no normal swimming lessons on that day. More details to follow shortly…..
Senior / Master swimmers – Tom Reader will be holding another ‘Meet the Coach’ session at Beeches pool on Wednesday 26th November, from 18:30 until 19:30, in the foyer area. If you have any queries or questions at all come along and have a chat. Tom will be talking about gala selection and Open Meets, but any questions welcome.
Please note Tom’s Technique group will not be running on the 26/11 (and the 03/12) but the swimmers from that group will be invited to join in with a different session.
