In preparation for the final round of the Diddies, Katalina has chosen some videos especially for the Diddy swimmers to watch.
They can be found in the Members section, under ‘Technique’ and there is one video for each stroke.
Lets make your swimming awesome!
(If you do not have a logon for the members section, please use the contact option on this site – thank you)
Saturday 20th September is the date of this year’s Coventry Sprints.
A fun open meet to do – you swim one length of Coventry’s 50 meter pool in each stroke. The four times are then added together, and the fastest in each age group are added together to go into a 200 IM final!
This year is the first time the meet has been licensed, so all of your times will be logged with the ASA.
If you would like to enter it is £5 an event – i.e. £20 for all four strokes.
Details can be seen here, but all entries should go through Helen Pordage, as Coventry prefer club entries if we can.
It’s good practise in a 50 meter pool so why not have a go 🙂
