Swim England East Midlands and Swim England West Midlands are pleased to
announce the details of the 2018 Midlands Open Water Championships
Sunday 1st July 2018
Venue: Cliff Lakes – Tamworth Road, Tamworth, Warwickshire, B78 2DL
Distances being swum:
2km – 12/13 year olds National Qualifying Distance
3km – 14/15 year olds National Qualifying Distance
5km – 16 years & over National Qualifying Distance
Top 3 from each Region in qualifying distance/age group qualify for the
Swim England Open Water Championships
*2km and 3km are also masters events*
As well as a new venue for 2018 we are also introducing electronic timing and video finish
