We have been asked by several people tonight if we can add extra swimmers into Sunday’s Christmas Gala. Unfortunately the answer now has to be no – the programmes have been printed, and entry cards prepared. No extra swimmers will be added on Sunday either.

There will be no normal lengths lessons on Sunday, but widths lessons will carry on as normal. If you wish your child to attend a different lengths lesson during the week they may do so.

Apologies for anyone who has been disappointed on this occasion.

Perry Beeches Masters Swim Team had an excellent day at this year’s Etwall Masters & Age Group meet, which was held over the weekend in Derby (28/11/15) .

The Beeches team joined 43 other clubs from around the United Kingdom to take on the final masters event of the year.

It was a tough day of competition for all the swimmers taking part , but by the end of it…….the Beeches team had produced their best team performance of the year.  

The Perry Beeches Team results were as follows:
11 – 1st places
13 – 2nd places
12 – 3rd places
43 top 5 finishes
and joint 7th best team out of 43
Great effort by all.

Perry Beeches Swimmers on the day were Dianne Doolan, Jenny Powell ,Vicky Harris, Cameron Rimmer,  Jamie Keyte, Andrew Gulliver, Charlie Wheadon and  Paul Bates.

Paul Bates, Jenny Powell, Vicky Harris and Charlie Wheadon all swam in the 160+ relay team that came second out of nine teams – massive well done guys 🙂
