The Sandwell Off road Triathlon – A Open Water Event within Sandwell Valley Country Park, West Bromwich

Sunday 17th August  9;30am start, entries close on Fri 15th August

An Open water swim (400, 750, 1500m)

followed by a 10Km cycle course thats a mixture of tarmac & gravel pathways a grass field and a forest trail before finalising on a purpose built mountain bike course next to transition.  (blue easy trail, no bumps/jumps etc)

Then a tarmac/gravel path Run (5,10Km) .

Olympic       1500m swim, 10km cycle, 10km Run £34
