Open Meet – Coventry Sprints 2015

Bx_nA3YIUAA036KSaturday 19th September is the date of this year’s Coventry Sprints.

A fun open meet to do – you swim one length of Coventry’s 50 meter pool in each stroke. The four times are then added together, and the fastest in each age group are added together to go into a 200 IM final!

This is a licensed meet, so all of your times will be uploaded to the ASA.

If you would like to enter it is £5.50 an event – i.e. £22 for all four strokes (it is recommended that you do all four strokes Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Front Crawl).

Details can be seen here, but all entries should go through Helen Pordage, as Coventry prefer club entries if we can. Entries to be back with Helen by 31/07/15.

It’s good practise in a 50 meter pool so why not have a go :-)

Swimmers MUST NOT have swum faster than the following times:

Many thanks to coaches Helen Pordage and Tom Reader – without whom none of this would have been possible. Also to all the parents – your support was invaluable.
