The Christmas Sprints 2016 are now open for entries!

Sunday 4th December will see this year’s Christmas Gala at Beeches Pool.

Start time approximately 14:00.

Separate entry forms for each age group  – please see below.

Entry Forms:

Aged 6 or 7 on 31/12/16: christmas-gala-6-to-7-2016

Aged 8 on 31/12/16: christmas-gala-8-2016

Aged 9 on 31/12/16: christmas-gala-9-2016

Aged 10 or over on 31/12/16 (including seniors and masters): christmas-gala-10-overs-2016

Open to all swimmers aged 6+ who must be in one of the lengths groups (Beginners Lengths, Advanced Lengths, Junior Squad, Youth Group, Senior Squad and Masters) – please check with your teacher if you are not sure. Ages as at 31st December 2016 (how old the swimmer will be on that day). Please note if your child has not been timed before just put ‘no times’ on the form – thank you.

Please either email your entries to secretary@perrybeechesswimming.co.uk or hand in at your next session. Any queries please talk to your Teacher / Coach.

A full list of entrants will be published on the website and noticeboards a week before the gala.

All entries to be submitted by no later than Wednesday 23/11/2016.

We will need your help to run the gala – Timekeepers, Stewards, Runners and general helpers –  a separate post will be sent out at a later date for this – Thank you for your help with this.

The dates for the 2017 West Midland Youth & Age Championships are confirmed as a combined event over 5 days. The dates are:

Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th April

Monday 1st May (Distance events & Relays only)

Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th May

The schedule of events and qualifying times will be released shortly

Last minute Christmas Stocking Orders! We are going to be placing an order shortly for named hats – if anyone would like one (£8 each) please bring your money in an envelope with the name on the envelope that you would like on the hat to either the sweetie desk or Helen/Mandy on poolside. All orders to be received by Wednesday 9th November – thank you.

pbssswarwicksentryform2017 – Entry Forms back to Helen Pordage by Sunday 18th December. To enter an event you must have achieved the qualifying times since 1st January 2016 at a licensed meet. Dates are Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th January, and Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th February 2017.

The 2017 Championships will again be staged at the Coventry 50m pool, but next year around one month earlier; in order to ensure a better fit within the revised British Swimming Competition Pathway long course  season. Confirmed dates are  Saturdays/Sundays 28 /29January & 11/12 February.    All information can be viewed/downloaded by clicking on the links below:-
