If you need a time for your swim at the counties – or would just like to register a swim on the Swim England website – Saturday 16th December is the Club’s annual Licensed meet night.
At Beeches pool – warm up at 6pm – events available will be 50’s, 100’s and 200’s.

As long as you are in the big pool, and aged 6 or older – you can take part in the Annual PBSSS Christmas gala 
Sunday 3rd December – starting at 2pm at Beeches pool (small lessons will carry on at Handsworth at their normal times – no Lengths lessons on that day).
If you have not received an email invite – please let us know.
We will also be shortly asking for helpers (including timekeepers, parents to look after children, people to look after the drinks, medals etc)……Keep your eyes peeled!

Just a quick reminder that the region are running a Team Manager 1 workshop 6.30-9.30pm on Thursday 2nd November at King Edward Boys School, Edgbaston, Birmingham and there are currently still places available.
Please note that anyone who wishes to attend a Team Manager 2 workshop (overseas / overnight competitions & camps) must have attended a TM1 course ideally a minimum of 4 weeks before.
The workshop is free to attend and if you would like to book a place for anyone within your club please email Hayley.colville@swimming.org

A big Beeches well done to all of the team who swam in round 1 of this year’s National Arena League – 3rd place on the night giving us some essential Brucie Bonus points!
There were 6 wins on the night:
Katie Gulliver – Girls Open 100 Butterfly
Jamie Keyte – Boys Open 100 Backstroke
Becky Gulliver – 13/under Girls 100 Freestyle
Harvey Higgins – 13/under Boys 100 Freestyle
Jamie Keyte – Boys Open 100 Freestyle
And perhaps the most impressive of all – the ladies open 6 by 2 freestyle relay – made up of Katie Gulliver (19), Jess Jones (18), Becky Gulliver (12), Catrise Hart (12), Georgia Nugent (17) and Trearna Hart (12).
Other top 3 places on the night went to:
