Talk on Nutrition at Coventry on Saturday 11th February

On Saturday, 11th February 2017, we have arranged a presentation/talk on Nutrition during the morning session of the 2017 Warwickshire Championships.

The presentation will be given by Andrew Shepherd of Absolute Sports Nutrition. Andrew has worked with the ASA on England camps and with some local clubs and will be held in Studio 2 (overlooking the turn end of the pool) at the Coventry Sports Centre and will start at about 11.15 am and afterwards there will be an opportunity for questions.

The talk and questions should last for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Correct nutrition is very important to all athletes and this talk will be of interest to both parents and swimmers, we do hope that you will find the time to attend.

Regards Paul Welsh

N.B.  This is for ALL clubs that are members of Warwickshire ASA and not just those who have swimmers competing at the Age Group Championships
